We are currently seeking Account Executives to establish a client base of employers to post positions with our job board. Account Executives are assigned regions to work and must build and maintain a client base in their assigned area. The Account Executive represents our clients in promoting and selling packages that meet their needs.
Account Executive responsibilities:
Will prospect, promote, sell and service our client's job search needs in their assigned territory. Seek out and develop business, dealing effectively in all selling situations while recognizing and coping with the variables presented. Independently responsible for the management of a large territory. Work closely with corporate executives to ensure our products meet the customer's needs. Ongoing management of all accounts in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Every day is different and priorities are constantly changing. You must love change!
- Sales personality! Any prior sales experience; preferably in a commissioned role.
- Excellent communication skills. You will be on the phone talking to people.
